Before Getting Started
Do you accept insurance? How can I pay my fee?
I am not accepting insurance at this time but I am happy to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement as an out-of network provider.
I accept cash or card at time of appointment.
Who do you work with?
I work with adult individuals and couples.
What topics do you commonly work with?
I commonly work with individuals regarding managing anxiety, depression, grief, along with addressing avoidant and anxious attachment styles, and creating sense of self.
I commonly work with couples to support communication, explore uncertainty of remaining together, process and heal from affairs or attachment injuries, enhance intimacy, and manage life transitions.

Getting Started
Where are you located? Where do I park?
You can find my office in Downtown Flagstaff, within the Birch District Wellness, at 222 E Birch Ave Suite 2. There are parking spots along the west side of the building labeled for Birch District Wellness, that you are welcome to park in.
What should I expect for the first session?
We will begin by going over the process, including your rights as a client and confidentiality. Our first session together is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and identify what support therapy can offer.
What is the no show/late cancellation policy?
If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time, it is considered a late cancellation. A no-show is when the appointment is missed without cancelling prior. For both no show/late cancellations the appointment is billed at the full rate.
